To close the locker:
1. Place your luggage in an available locker
Make sure all items are fully inside before closing the door.
2. Close the door
The light must turn on a few seconds.
3. Pay the 1st hour to lock the door
Door will open if unpaid.
4. Keep your ticket with the access code
Enjoy the city hands-free. Come back any time during opening hours to collect your bags.
To open the locker:
1. Enter the code from your ticket
Type the access code printed on your ticket.
2. Pay the remaining amount
If there is an outstanding balance, complete the payment to unlock the door.
3. Go to your locker
A light will turn on to show which locker has opened.
4. Collect your luggage
Open the locker, collect your bags, and enjoy the rest of your day.

Do I need to book in advance?
No. City Lockers is designed for seamless walk-in use. Just show up at any location, follow the quick on-screen instructions at the locker console, and store your bags in minutes. If you prefer personal assistance, you can also store your luggage safely with our team members at our staffed left luggage shops. No account or reservation required.
What's the maximum storage period?
Up to 7 days. For longer storage periods, please contact us here before using the service so we can arrange it for you.
Is my luggage safe?
Yes. All our locations have CCTV monitoring and a central alarm system, and each locker opens only with your personal code. Your belongings are insured up to €10,000 per locker.
How do I book a locker?
Choose your city and location on our website, select your dates, and reserve your locker. You can pay securely online and you'll receive your access code by email and SMS. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel your booking until 23:59 (Lisbon time) on the day before your reservation for a full refund. After this deadline, payments are non-refundable. You can edit your booking via the confirmation link you have received via email or sms.
